ATF Type IID is an automatic transmission fluid. It is formulated with mineral base oils and a number of selected additives. ATF Type IID has the following properties:
- Very high and stable viscosity index
- Very low pouring point
- Excellent stability against oxidation
- Positive resistance against wear, corrosion and foaming
- Specific friction properties
- Does not affect seals and non-ferrous metals
Application
ATF Type IID is suitable for automatic gear-boxes, power-steering, torque converters and other equipment, for which a GM Dexron IID fluid is required. Always check the product recommendation database for the right application.
